Windows 7 not shipping...

    Surprised they don't also mention using a virtual keyboard to enter data in. But please don't respond to this, ...I don't want to go off topic out of respect for the troubles the OP is going through.

    Wish I could offer OP some help, don't know what you can but call them and find out what's up. They might not be open today, Labor Day.

    This is so long ago I don't even remember posting it But I did get the discs, I believe two or three days later, despite the website saying they never shipped them. It's all fine now and I've been using Windows 7 for months with great success.
