Surprised they don't also mention using a virtual keyboard to enter data in. But please don't respond to this, ...I don't want to go off topic out of respect for the troubles the OP is going through.

This is so long ago I don't even remember posting itBut I did get the discs, I believe two or three days later, despite the website saying they never shipped them. It's all fine now and I've been using Windows 7 for months with great success.

And this is the very reason we ask that people post back that the problem was solved so someone doesn't bring back a thread 10 months old
