Windows freezes every 2,3 minutes + HDD clicking sound

    Hi,
I bought a Seagate HDD 4 months ago (link), and after 3 months, it started to freeze randomly with clicking sound, similar to the one in this link (Seagate desktop drive with bad heads slowly clicks and beeps on spin up.).

I formated entire HDD and reinstalled the OS, but it didn't help so I sent it to warranty. I took it back yesterday, reinstalled the OS (again), but the problem is still there. The windows freezes every 2,3 minutes for about 10 seconds, then resumes, and everytime it freezes I heard the same old clicking sound from my hard drives.

Would anyone help me? I feel like hitting my head against the wall.

Attached is the logs made with SF Diagnostic Tool, hope it helps.

    Hi Amila, welcome to SevenForums,

about the warranty, is it a replacement or repair of your HDD?
if it still under the warranty, i would suggest a replacement for that. there is no good for a new HDD that has clicking sound.
Just make sure you haven't done something that will void the warranty

It`s a bad drive and is under warranty, call Seagate, they have excellent support and will give you no problems with a new drive.

Thanks for all the replies. I sent it to warranty again and took it back yesterday. Turn out that it just my power supply did not provide enough power for the HDD, I change to an AcBell 450W and everything is okay now.
