    Print Q problems


    I have the indistinct pleasure of being the administrator of a public computer with several users all PW protected. This computer has a printer for the use of the users. Frequently, the print Q gets stuck and I am called to clear it. Only the administrator can clear the print Q. I would like to allow the users to clear the print Q when they can't print. How can this be done WITHOUT divulging my PW to them?

    You should be able to use the first tutorial below to create an elevated shortcut of what's in OPTION ONE of the second tutorial below. :)
