    Event ID 372

I'm in a quandary and don't even know where to place this problem. I have a small work network utilizing a sbs 2008 as the print server. Moved a user (the boss) to a new office in the same building and network to a desk that someone else was occupying and he has a HP Elitebook wireless that he uses as his main computer as he travels quite a bit and immediately started getting an Event ID: 372 that would make windows explorer to become unresponsive and then crash and then restart regardless of where he was printing from (outlook, word, excell etc.) and only to the printer in the office he shares with 2 others. They have no problems and everyone is using windows 7 32 bit and the printer is an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521 PCL6 . I've wired it so he's not using the wi-fi connection and the same thing? so I have to restart the print spooler or reboot for it to work again and he can then print to any other printer without problems and even print a couple times to the HP LaserJet then BAM! the same error? So only one user out of three in the same network using the same printer is having the error, same error if he's connecting wired or wireless, will print a couple times after a reboot or restarting the buffer and of course the boss is pretty frustrated. Any Ideas would be deeply appreciated.

same problem with a different computer

okay, I hooked up a different computer at the same location and am getting the same error? I replaced the network cable and moved it to a different router, updated the print drivers and still the same event Id: 372. The other 2 people using the same printer attached to the same router all using windows 7 32 bit have no issues what so ever.
