Just got this one, and it has the same description as the others, now what are we supposed to do with it ?

I am not a lawyer or legal expert but isn't that fraud under U.S. law/regulation or does it violate the EULA or contract laws? Contract laws are state it could be legal in one state but in another state it wouldn't be. I am not accusing Microsoft of anything, I am just wondering if what they are doing is legal with these updates in the U.S.? The EFF hasn't said anything yet.
Why are you guys all avoiding these updates?It's not like they are going to force Windows 10 on systems.Oops, gave them an idea... (I am not trying to be rude or trying to offend anyone)
