Theres this file with the name Local剜捯獫慴⁲慇敭屳呇⁁屖湥楴汴浥湥⹴湩潦 i've already deleted it but it came back located at appdata,what is it ?

Just searched for this thank you I was like this almost screams malware with its character set in English windows. Explains why after deleting it would only come back on certain days. In fact this is probably why social club kept thinking my account needed to be re-downloaded.
