Computer freezes for a fraction of a second!

I was just watching a YouTube video then suddenly my computer starts stopping for a split second. I'm getting worried of my computer.
    Any help?

Doesn't sound significant to me at all, but it's hard to say without more details, particularly more details about your hardware.

You need to fill out your system specs so we can learn more about your hardware.

Performance problems on youtube are more likely to be a youtube problem if you don't notice the same problem when NOT using youtube.

Well actually I DO experience this on games too, AND also when I'm not on YouTube!

Check them again - you don't have 159GB RAM.

Stopping and starting with a YouTube video is quite common if you have a slow/poor network connection - the video is buffering the download, its normal.

There. this is what I actually started with on my RAM. 290 GB. I put 159 because that's what I had at the time.
    now I have 166.

Your talking about free disk space, not RAM.

Run MSINFO and have a look at that.
