Can i have the folder vertical view in windows xp

I was wondering when u can drag and move your folder to the side and it changes to a vertical view is actually called and can i get it on XP.

Window Snapping

I think you mean Window Snapping.
In W10, MS has added the ability quadrant Window Snapping.

In XP & Vista you need to use 3rd party software.

If I change the view of one folder, the view of all folders changes?!?
