remove all the third party stuff from appwiz.cpl and run malware bytes and then retsrat the pc

hey man thanks, but I already solved it! I asked it on reddit and they said to go dowload Malwarebytes so I did and found 68 malwares security.hijack optional.linky.a and optional.Candy... stuff lots of it. Now everything works propertly!
