Back up any data you need that is on D and F.

Move the Bootmgr - Move to C:\ with EasyBCD - Windows 7 Forums.

Once C is marked System Active, download free Partition Wizard boot CD ISO, burn to CD with Windows Image Burner, boot the disk.

Right click on F to Delete, click OK.

Then Right Click on D to Delete, click OK.

Next rightclick on C to Resize Partition, drag the left border all the way to the left side of hard drive. Then adjust the right border to where you want it for C. Click OK.

Now rightclick D to Resize, drag its left border to where you want it, then drag its right border to take up any Unallocated space, click OK. Apply all steps.

This way you can make C as large as you want, or enlarge D to use as a data and storage partition as you please. The advantage to having a separate Data partition is that you can move your User folders there so that the image of C is kept more compact. That way if C ever becomes irreparable, you can reimage it in 20 minutes and your data will be safe and current in D. User Folders - Change Default Location
