Program works in one place but not another??

You have not mentioned what anti virus you are using & you need to get rid of that Shapeshifter.exe as it is a trojan horse virus & although your problems may not match the list shown in the ones listed, it will cause problems with your computer. It certainly wont do any harm to get rid of it.

To set your location, open User CP listed at the top of the Forum page & then scroll down to Settings & Options & then select Edit Options & scroll down to Date & Time & you will see where to set your Time Zone. Be sure that you then scroll down to the bottom of that page & click on Save Changes.

If you are concerned about running spy ware & other malware removal tools, don't be worried. I use SuperAntiSpyware removal tool on a regular basis as do a lot of other people on this Forum. So download the Free version on this website & run it. You might be surprised to find you are infected & this program will remove it.

That seems a shame as you had use for the software. I do feel that you should download SuperAntiSpyware & run it to be sure that you do not have any problems preventing Shapeshifter Clip Board Manager from working.
I use Microsoft Security Essentials which has the same scanning engine that your System End Point protection uses & I run SuperAntiSpyware & Malwarebytes about once a week as well, to keep any infection possibility to a minimum. Both these programs have a free version that you can download.
