Gigantic (71GB) file in C:\Windows named after a GUID / UUID

So, my 240GB SSD which had plenty of space yesterday is now full.

I searched for gigantic files, and found "C:\Windows\{C660445F-E6F2-11E4-B1E0-005056C00008}" at a whopping 71GB.

It is dated as being created 4 days ago, on 4/26, and modified last night, on 4/30. I've searched for anything installed on 4/26, and I see about 20 minutes after the file was created, I installed drivers for a USB device. (An X-Rite color device.) So, I probably hadn't even downloaded the installer yet when this file was created. I was probably printing around when it was created.

No signs of viruses, everything comes up clean.

There is another GUID / UUID named file in there, dated 4/18, but that one is only 1.7MB.

Please fill in your system specs completely including your power supply and what security programs you use.

Yep do as above, System specs.

While you are at it also clarify whether that file/folder is in C:/Windows or C:/Windows/Installer.

Do you have any system restore point prior to that date 4/28? You know why I am asking this :).
