    Create A Completely New User?

Is it possible to create a completely new user, without files that were downloaded from other users? Basically a factory condition user. Don't tell me to reset my computer to factory condition, I already have a thread about that.

Yes you most certainly can. As long as you have at least one administrator; you should be able to go into the user accounts section of the control panel and create a totally new user with their own independent user profile, etc. But as far as doing it without files from other users; if memory serves correct; yes you should be able to do that so long as the new user has been assigned the proper rights to download their own files, etc

What does it means "without files that were downloaded from other users"?
New user profiles created from control panel never borrows files from anywhere, new profiles start out with a basic set of files that serve as a configuration template only.
Of course, every user, including new ones, has access to certain shared locations, and if you put download files there they'll be logically available for everyone.

I think it has something to do with system Properties > User Profiles. I've never used it but when you install a new Win OS as admin and install the basics then create a new profile - that new profile has the same files as the admin.

The older OS's allowed a default profile of the programs installed when the profile is created.

Profile creation has not changes in a long time. Programs of course are common to all of them, as many of the start menu and desktop shortcuts. But any other file is private and will remain in its own profile folder, that's the idea of having separate users in the first place. What files are you referring to as being the "same as the admin"?

I meant a completely new user. No old files. Factory condition. I already knew how to create a user.

    What "old files"??????
A new user doesn't has any files in its profile, it's empty, nothing gets copied from anywhere else.

Creating a New User will not remove infections from your system.
You must first remove the infections from your system.
The infection is not in a user account it's in your complete system.
