Victor of many battles but still at war.

About a month ago my computers started acting erratic. I have no idea what happened but very quickly my computers were taking over by a virus of some type a hijacker I believe is responsible because I washed before my eyes all of my data being uploaded and systematically destroyed and deleted. This happened to both my laptop and my desktop. I got my laptop finally restored to where I can put Windows 7 on it my drivers have been restored to where I can use a USB port and my Wi-Fi. But after I got all of that restored my DVD ROM no longer works correctly it has been altered to be a generic cd ROM. I've ran and some scans and created logs from ComboFix hijack this and GMER. I have trend micro maximum-security installed on my computer and I tried running hitman Pro but it gets kicked out. I have also try to install service pack one on Windows 7 ultimate and it will not install. So that is where I am at and I am continuing to do the research to get my laptop fixed once and for all however I'm growing tired and would like some assistance so please help me figure this out I would appreciate it thank you so much.

Hello and welcome to the sevens forum. you say you had a virus take over your computer are you sure you got rid of it totally. I would say to download SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware! and run a full scan oh you can download the free version.

Malwarebytes AntiMalware, free or fee version, is also a very good detection/resolution program.

Thank you I have used Malwarebytes. I paid Microsoft $150 remote access my computer and take care of the problem but they haven't done that yet and I've contacted him 6 times. One time the Q's me of causing the problems by going in and messing with stuff however I would have never went in and mess with stuff if I never had a problem. Where is Nisha Lee causing me to start looking into this is I was sitting in front of my desktop and watch all my files being uploaded onto the web or wherever they were being uploaded to and systematically being deleted it. this happened after I gained access to frostwire. imagine that. Well fair enough to say I won't be messing around with those web sites anymore.

Wipe the hard drive from the Win7 disk System Recovery Options Command Line using Diskpart Clean Command

Then do a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7

If you stick with only the tools and methods in the tutorial you will get and keep a perfect install for exactly as long as you do, just like 1.4 million other consumers have without a single complaint or return here with problems.

You got scammed again. Microsoft does not do that. Find a Microsoft store and take it to them. They do malware removal for free. Your compromised completely. Go to someone else's computer that is clean and change all your passwords for everything immediately! Also call your credit card company or bank and cancel the charge and report it to the authorities.

Hello, Andrew. Your observation is right. I have been completely compromised. I have been told that I will be refunded the150.00 after I complained. You say that Microsoft doesn't do that, what exactly, do you mean access customer's computers remotely? I can't recall if they tried something free first and then offered a paid service. I believe it was pay right away for help. I have thought about taking my computers to their store, and now that the suggestion is there I am going to. I have done everything from boot and nuke to partition wizard reformatting. I would like to meet these infidel and introduce them to Jesus.

Who is the charge on your credit or debit card from?

If anyone but Microsoft then contest the charge as misrepresentation.
