Did you per chance try to move Program Files from C: to D:? If so, that's why you can't rename it as it's a protected system folder. Is there still a Program Files folder on your C: drive? If so you could try renaming it from a Elevated Command Prompt as follows:

Click on the Start button and type cmd.
DO NOT press Enter or click Go.
Look at the upper part of the window and you will see cmd.exe.
Right click on it and select Run as Administrator.

In the Command Prompt window, enter D:
Enter cd \ just in case you are not at the root of the D: drive.
Enter dir pro*
That should show you all files and folder that start with Pro (or pro, not case sensitive).
Enter ren "Program Files" "newname of folder"

See if that works.
