some alert popped up not sure if virus?

Hi,

Please see below the image that popped up at bottom right, just above the taskbar. I have never seen this before and it seems that when i googled the exact phrase nothing came up. Is it a virus thats new and no one knows about? i know that sounds silly but i say it because usually any phrase thats come up on a computer can be googled.

Many thanks!
