how find folder search results in files ?

am going to start menu search program and files ,input a number 4 ,am getting to ', start menu search results in files ,which consist of files anywhere include ,attaches by sending or received by email ,include files that computer cannot communicate with ,therefore cant open them ;
my question is two fold ,
1]how do i get to such a folder direct ,i.e. not by inputting a number 4
2] how me get rid ,completely erase including all traces of all those unusables ?

I don't understand much of what you typed but don't search the whole computer. Open Widows Explorer, click on a folder and search that specific folder. Use the search field in the upper right corner.

It depends on where these files and folders are as to whether you should delete them or not. Many, many files and folders have the number 4 in them.

Can you provide some examples of ones you want to delete (full path please)?
