Unplug the cord and battery, hold power button down 30 seconds, plug back in power and press Power button.

If you get Recovery Options then run Startup Repair, reboot and report back results.

    thanks Gregrocker,
ohhh...I couldn't wait, so I tried following and now the problem is different.
    I run the Bootrec.exe and try /fixMbr -didn't work
    then /FixBoot- didn't work
then /RebuildBcd - it works and shows 2 windows installations 1. Window 7 and 2. windows 7 Ultimate
when I choose windows 7 it continue to system recovery option as early, and when i choose windows 7 ultimate it's booting and then says "the user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded."
my profile is showing and when i click it, it does not asking for password. (I can remember my password) please help me...

Work through Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
If you do have two installs then try fixing the other one.

Use the disk System Recovery Options Command Line to Enable Built-in Administrator from WinRE. See if Win7 will boot into that account.

Then create a New User account to test if it works correctly. User Account - Create - Windows 7 Help Forums

If so move your files and test all programs from it before deleting the old User account,

or attempt to repair the old User account trying SFC /SCANNOW Command or even a Repair Install
