What can be deleted in Windows folder?

    I`ve enabled show hidden folders, but I still don`t see it, where is it exactly ?

    In the Windows folder in C ?

    Ahhh huh, does this have to be unchecked also ?

    Because it still doesn`t show up yet.

    Yes, you need to uncheck hide protected system files, same behavior here on my system.

    As GokAy has posted, you need to deselect "Hide protected operating system files".
