Cant get admin rights to delete X86 program files

I have win 7 64 bit OS and the title says it all really,I have right clicked Computer and only found *Manage* which isn't any help? I'm trying to get rid of a Norton Antivirus trial program that came with the computer,I removed it with Revo Uninstaller and thought that was it because its supposed to rid the computer of everything to do with a program including the registry? How do I get administrator rights to rid myself of this parasite completely?
