How do I remove window outline from desktop?

I am trying to rid my desktop of this faint outline from a previously opened window. I have restarted the my computer and the box is gone for the first few moments but always returns. I tried to change the resolution of my screen and that actually moved the box to the center of my screen (originated in upper left corner).

I currently use 2 monitors. My task bar and this issue are both on the right screen.

    Thank you for any help!

May be I am failing to understand the issue, but it looks like Aero Peek to me.

If not, frankly speaking, I have no more idea. But someone else must have.

@Arc Thank you for your reply! When I select Aero Peek and I am shown just my desktop, the box is no longer there, but once I click on a window, the box comes back. Do you happen to know if this is just how it works? I cannot find anything in regard to a box like this anywhere else with Aero Peek.

Do you use any 3rd party multi-monitor utilities or desktop managers such as Fences ?
Do you use any 3rd party System Optimization, Registry Cleaners, etc. utilities ?

You might want to try a clean startup and see if you have the issue ?

Check Visual Effects under Performance Options (not sure if related, wont hurt to check)

    Control Panel-System-Advanced System Settings-Performance(settings)

I wonder if it would be Fences. I use Fences and have been using for the last 5 years (both ver 1 and 2), and never seen such a window.

    Problem Solved

Thank you for everyone's help. I ended up running a scan and it was a virus that was causing the box from azlyrics.com. It is now gone. Thank you again!
