Yes, the OA only means Offline Activation although it almost always will activate on the internet as long as you input the correct charcters which sometimes look alike.

If you have 4gb RAM or more then use 64 bit which is what you have.

Have you read over Clean Reinstall Windows 7? Any other questions?

I tried your ISO. And this shows me...

Uggh... If I download this ISO here in the link... Would it work?

How did you burn the ISO to DVD or flash stick?

That ISO is from MSDN and is perfectly good if you downloaded it completely. The size should be 3.09 gb. If in doubt match the hash in Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7?

I tried it both... On the DVD and Flash Drive
But I use the DVD since there was an error on the Flash Drive

it's 3.08 GB (3,315,218,540 bytes) maybe I'll try redownloading it?

What tool did you use to burn to DVD or try to write to flash stick?

On the DVD, I used imgburn
and on the FlashDrive, I used that ultraISO

The Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool keeps giving me error on the ISO

I'd download another ISO using another browser and this time check the HASH against the MSDN HASH from Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

Would the link I gave where the ISO is found won't work?

Even if you download that unknown ISO instead of the official MS download from MSDN you have now, you still need to check the HASH to know without question it is intact with nothing added.

Eh, he needs SATA RAID drivers perhaps? Can you see if motherboard webpage has SATA AHCI/RAID pre-install drivers for Win7? Put it on a USB stick if it is. Check Lenovo webpage that is.

How is your SATA operation mode set in BIOS?
