I see you are using Avast, how much free space left on your C drive?

    run cmd: vssadmin list shadowstorage
    post results here

    Try:
    - Safe Mode.
    - Clean Startup Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

try, enter cmd at start menu search box, right click the black icon at the top when it shows and click "run as administrator"

You didn't say how much free space is left in drive C.

Just to assist with the Diagnosis,

After you have completed the Steps listed by GokAy, Can you also please provide a screenshot of your Windows Task Manager / Performance Tab, to show how much Memory / CPU you are utilising.

Ok then next thing I would ask is can you run an SFC Scan on your system.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker - You want option 2

Hey Sniper, thanks for joining in.

    Seems my concern was irrelevant.

System restore storage is alright and there is no space shortage.

    ---------------

These are still need to be checked:
    - Safe Mode.
    - Clean Startup https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...n-startup.html
