All Folders in C: and D: Drive Read-Only

I'm not sure how this happened, but it seems that all of my folders are read-only. Does anyone know how to fix this and what the possible cause could be?

Folders are not Read-Only. The checkbox in properties will always be filled with a block on folders. ALWAYS.

What you are seeing is completely normal. The Read Only checkbox on a folder properties dialog box does not refer to the folder itself. It is just a convenient way to set or reset the attribute for the files it contains.
