You can try a System Restore.

Also, check AddRAMs post #2 here How to reinstall DirectX 11 or repair DirectX 11, read others too of course

Hi, so I downloaded and installed from these two links Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer from Official Microsoft Download Center and Download DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) from Official Microsoft Download Center. Videos now actually load, but now there is no sound. Nothing seems to be muted. What should I do?

Edit: Only sounds from online videos don't work

Hi, in other programs like my music-making software, sound did work. It was only on online videos like on youtbe or facebook that there was no sound.

BUT I just restarted my PC and it works!

Thank you for the help... I will try not to delete random things in the future.
