    Libraries not restoring to default

Hi, I've been looking up how to restore my libraries. I have no idea how the Videos folder disappeared, but now I can't seem to get it back. Not even with the tutorial that has been provided on this forum.

Here's a screenshot of what showed up exactly after I clicked on restore defaults. After that, it let me include a folder, but now it's like a subfolder as shown in the second screenshot. Would appreciate any help I can get.

Having the subfolder is normal, I have 2 subfolders (My Videos and Public Videos).

Did the icon of Videos library get corrected after restoring defaults? (The 1st screenshot is wrong)

To answer your question: no, they did not.

I mean, I don't mind how it is currently (refer to second screenshot) but I figured I should ask. I was doing some spring cleaning after finishing my semester and I noticed the Video library was missing, leading me here.

You can try deleting that one and creating a new library, name it Videos then add the folders.

Hello Shogun, and welcome to Seven Forums.

In addition, an option in the tutorial below may be able to help restore your default libraries. :)

I just realized that I accidentally deleted the library and when I was about to empty the trash, I restored the icon. Thank you for your help, though.
