I do not have the little Icon to reserve Windows 10

I am running Windows 7 Pro 32bit SP1 but I do not have the little Windows 10 reserve Icon.

I have windows update to install all updates.

How do I get this Windows 10 reserve icon?

I have tried checking manually but still no icon.

How's your system been running? Run system file checker see if it comes back clean. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I tried that but it says I must be in a Administrator account, How do I create a Administrator account?

Go to start search type in cmd on the returned right click and choose run as administrator
