Possible to have program / file launch on waking? (not startup)

I'm not sure if I've been looking in the wrong places or it can't be done, but I thought I'd at least ask before seeking alternatives.

There's a few programs and a word document or two that I "need" to launch on waking, not startup (multiple users on the computer and nobody shuts it down - only sleep/hibernates it).

Can this be done? If so, I was hoping somebody could possibly point me in the right direction?

Thank you in advance everyone :)

You probably can create a task that is triggered "on workstation unlock".

In case above won't work (due to no unlock taking place? - no password perhaps) https://win7suspendresume.codeplex.com/
Allows to run batch files upon suspend and/or resume, see if it helps.
