    Open With Notepad


    Some of the files I have selected to open with notepad, open with all kinds of symbols and letters I don't understand, For instance,

    Can someone please explain? The files in flight Simulator 9 open so you can read the files.

    XLSX is a file extension for an open XML spreadsheet file format used by Microsoft Excel.

    It is unusual to see a file that ends with the ".file" file extension.

    Please post screenshot showing us where you see this type of file extension. If need be, consult this tutorial Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums
