    Can't scroll folders on external drive


    Hi. I was just wondering if anyone can provide some genuine insight as to why I cannot get Windows to let me scroll folders on my external drive using the touchpad? I have no issues scrolling folders on my primary drive or scrolling web sites. I have looked through the touchpad settings and folder options, but found nothing. I hate using the scroll bars and just want the folders to scroll using my touch pad. Any ideas?

    Hmm, try re-installing drivers for the external perhaps?

    Silly question but is the folder of external in focus? :)

    There are no drivers, so to speak. It's PnP and the basic drivers load fine, and yes, the folder is in focus. This is also a fairly new install of Windows. I can't find anything on this particular problem so I guess I'm S.O.L. Thanks anyway.
