    My machine is running time suddenly getting blear in my screen. please help me out this issue.

Hope someone can help as I am going round in circles trying to find an answer! My desktop display has of its own accord turned round by 90 degrees. I cannot find how to turn it back round nor do I know why it happened. Thanks for any help.
