stuck on the windows start logo

I am at a loss of what could have happened. It started 3 days ago...when I bought my Saitek x-55 and downloaded their driver but I am not reading anything about it causing the problem I am having. The problem is that my computer will work just fine from time to time but sometimes when I turn it on, it just gets stuck on the windows start logo (the one where the animation is flying in). Everything loads correctly from what the log says, but then it even gets stuck where it tells me my build for windows. I did not install or update anything else except for that. If anyone could help me, it would be very helpful. Thank you.

    Some more info:

    CPU: Intel® Core i7 5960X 8-core OCed @ 4.0GHz

    Motherboard: ASUS X99-E WS

    Memory: 32GB Corsair® DOMINATOR Platinum DDR4- 2666 (8x4GB)

    SSD: 2x 1TB Samsung® 840 EVO SSD

GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce GTX TITAN Black OCed

I read somewhere that changing my SSD to IDE could help but I do not want to do that unless I have to. Everything on this PC is updated driver wise from my knowledge as well as Window's last update was yesterday for me (optional stuff).

SFC is clean, the 2 entries are false corruption warnings, you can uninstall KB3022345 (if exists) and KB3068708 if you wish so.

Try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

AHCI is optimal for SSDs. No need to change to anything else.

Remove the overclock from the CPU and GPU and try booting.

What happens if you uninstall the sfotware for the Saitek x-55?

I tried unplugging the device, uninstalling, and even bought a USB hub (heard that if the device does not get the correct power, it could cause issues)...still nothing I am reading the other posts and going to try those and let everyone know. Thank you for helping.

UPDATE: So, I have not done multiple tests BUT I unplugged the HOTAS unit and did a system repair, now it seems to be fine. Again, this has just been two restarts because I am too afraid to keep restarting since I have work to finish but I will try to see if that is the cause. I also wanted to mention...is it bad if I have ever USB filled? I stream on twitch time to time so I have one for my headset, camera, keyboard, mouse, HOTAS (x2 usb ports needed), external SSD, and xbox one controller. Could that cause my random start freezing? Or if it is the HOTAS...how can I fix this issue?

UPDATE 2: I forgot to mention, the USB hub is not a powered one...it still sucks from the computer. Ordered a new one will be here tomorrow for me to test. Also, when uninstalling I only uninstalled the software and not the driver...where would I do that?

UPDATE 3: I just restarted the PC 4 times and all have had no freeze issue...could the USB really be the cause? I just want to confirm this theory because if so I will buy a dedicated powered USB hub for the future. Thank you all and have a Happy Independence Day or just have a fantastic day nonetheless.
