Computer wakes itself up on its own from sleep - why?

My PC seems to be waking itself from sleep without a clear reason. It does not appear to be harming my computer but this interferes with some of the tasks I have scheduled (in the Task Scheduler) related to waking up from sleep and downloading files (related to my job).

When I checked the command function to ask when the last wake up was, I got the result of:

    "USB\Root_HUB20\4&2bbf6f2c&0"

Does anybody known what this means or what is causing this unintended wake from sleep?? Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening or just leave it alone??

    Thanks.

That seems to point to a device waking the pc that is attached via usb. In your power options of the mouse for instance does it say it can wake the pc, it might be to sensitive and it wakes your pc when air is blown on it even. I had this issue and unchecked this box and only wake with my keyboard. Do you have any backup software like Acronis or Macrium installed?

ALSO: This should not be in Updates and Activations it should be under Hardware or General for future reference.
