    I have a Toshiba laptop c/w windows 7 home premium x 64 bits, I have just or trying to install a Wacom cth-680 tablet that I plan to use on Photoshop CC, I have followed the installation instructions, so far nothing is happening, the tablet light is on but the pen does not do anything, so what is my problem...

    Maybe a button on the tablet to enable/disable? Did you check Device Manager? Did you restart laptop?
