    Strange "Lag" in Libraries/Folders/Recycle Bin

    I'm not sure how to fully explain this, nor what it's really called.

    It goes something like this;

    Create new folder, doesn't show and not able to rename until you "refresh" it.
    Once you do rename it and press enter, it reverts back to it's original name (in this case, "New Folder"), once again, until you refresh it.
    You move the now renamed folder into another folder, except it doesn't show that it went in; it's still in the "main" folder screen.
    Go in the folder where you put it in, suddenly it's there. Go back and it's not in the main folder anymore.
    You delete the folder. Except it's still there. Refresh, it's not there.
    You double click the Recycle Bin. You empty the Recycle Bin, yet the folder is still there. You close it, open it again and it's not there, except the Icon for the Bin still looks like that there's something in there.

    Even stranger still, I can't use Sharex to make screenshots.

    All of this was working properly yesterday, but now it's just... not.

    Tried this yet (last post)? has the windows 7 explorer folder refresh bug been solved?

    You can also try a System Restore to a date prior to the issue - System Restore

    I just tried it and it didn't work. I don't want to do a System Restore, since i've been downloading games and such lately. I'd have to redownload them, which will take a while because of my terrible internet.

    Day 2, still have the problem. Is there any alternatives to doing a System Restore?
