message about scripts on bootup?

    Don't delete anything!

    Upload the file to VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan and have it scanned. Save the log, what does it say?

    I don't have that file...at least not at that location, so I doubt that it is system critical. Instead of just deleting it, cut/paste it to a non-system location, so you could restore it if necessary and see what happens.
    I've disabled it from startup for the moment and all seems fine
