Windows 7: Win7 boot failure grub

Occasionally i've seen strange GRUB menus during repairs that have choices such as Bypass Loader which appeared to be part of an activation exploit, although they may have been something from GRUB that is more legit as I am not familiar with GRUB.

It would be helpful to see a picture of that boot screen so we can determine with certainty what it is. If confirmed to be part of an ACtivation exploit it may require wiping the drive.
