Please give us some information to work with. Which version of Seven did you install? Which version of Seven do you have on the computer now? Did you do a system restore? Did you run the factory reset?

Ditto with Indianatone above. Without some information nothing could be said.

Answer to all his questions and upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

How to Create a System Information File in Windows.

Also, fill up your system specs.
See your system specs and fill it up here.

I have Thinkpad SL510 that I did a fresh install with a set of disks that I got from Lenovo a couple of years ago. They are all Windows 7 Pro. disks and one is a 64 bit disk wich I used last. When I was done with updates I tried to enter my windows key.It said it was invalid and my system says I have Windows Ultimate. Also want to note that I have only installed pro on this machine.

To all who have replied...I thank you for your response and have done what you asked. But the main reason I have asked for help is that it seems That Windows 7 Ultimate was downloaded on my pc.While I Was installing 7 Pro.Is this possible?
