Are you sure you were sent the right disk?

You can unlock all versions in any ISO by running ei.cfg removal tool or by deleting ei.cfg file from Sources folder on bootable flash stick.

Then when you install you will get a list of OS versions to choose from, pick Windows 7 Pro X64 and you should be all set. Your key should work with it.

What you installed and what you think you installed can be answered doing this tutorial.

Post the log here and it will let us know positively what is installed.

the main reason I have asked for help is that it seems That Windows 7 Ultimate was downloaded on my pc.While I Was installing 7 Pro.Is this possible?
    No, that is not possible.

If you own windows 7 professional, and if windows 7 ultimate is installed on your computer anyhow (means by anybody else .... windows will not do it by itself), you will not be able to activate that installation at all with your license key, and very soon it will start prompting for activation.

where do you get the OS? I think you can put the iso file(right?) in a usb reinstall again. the new one will overwrite the old one automatically generally. If you plan to install multi-OS, that's another problem
