    Stuck on Windows 7 Repair

So I lost power to my pc and when I restart it failed to pass through the windows logo, the thing with the 4 balls of light turning into a logo, it just gets stuck there forever and then it my pc restarts and gives me two choices:
    1. Windows repair thing
    2. Start Windows Normally

I've tried both, start windows normally just gets stuck at the logo again and restarts and when I choose windows repair, it will load but it will only show the blue screen with some light streaks or something and just my cursor, like it's literally blank just the blue screen background of windows repair.

Try "Last Known Good Configuration" in F8 menu.

Are you using any bootable media to load System Recovery Options? Try with another CD/DVD/USB. If your DVD doesn't work, make it into a USB and vice versa..

Nope, booting it from what is on my computer, from the options on it. I can't make another one since I can't access my computer for reasons I stated here and the laptop I'm using right now runs on ubuntu.

You can use your installation DVD/USB too, or make one at a friend's PC (make sure they are the same bit versions)
