I downloaded one, same bit version, but nothing happened when I booted it from the flash drive I used, just the blank blue screen as always.
Sometimes for a split second when it goes to the blue screen I see the command prompt window but it vanishes immediately, like it just did something quickly then vanished, does that help my case?

This may not be relevant but looking at your screenshot: do you have a second monitor hooked up or a TV perhaps?
If you tried everything in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
why were there no questions, feedback or results for a single one of the steps?
If you didn't even have the Win7 disk among the several boot disks required to complete those steps, then you haven't even begun on doing the work required to get it to start. Do you want to start now?
Where did you get the Win7 repair disk and how was it burned to CD? Failure to boot a disk is dealt with in the tutorial you said you completed, and as it says it is almost always user failure.
Since you may need to reinstall anyway, refer to Step 1 in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 for how to obtain safe media for your licensed version, confirm it, burn to disk or stick, then boot it properly to try all the repairs, or skip to the reinstall to save time.
We need to see some hard results of the steps to know what to recommend next. We know when the work isn't being done.

You can enter Windows PE to find the error then fix it. You need a system repair disc. How to find errors? You can download some diagnostic tools from CNET. If you backup before, you can restore to the normally point. Good luck.

3. doesn't work unless how copying what I the repair thing I download to my usb isn't the proper way. ( I was able to boot from the flash drive tho, but still the blue screen.)

Why does your BIOS have a password. Usually the only BIOS that have a password are for corporate PC's. Why would a consumer set a BIOS password?
I told you how to find Win7 installation media to do the repairs, how to confirm it, burn it to disk or flash stick. Then you can use it to boot for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start or skip to doing a Clean Reinstall Windows 7. It is likely your repair media is bad.
As a test download free Partition Wizard CD version, burn to CD with Windows Image Burner, boot it to take a picture of the full drive map with all listings and scrolling if necessary. Use the paper clip in reply box to attach picture.
