dll missing

    dll missing


    when I turn my computer on I get this message. I haven't' a clue what it is, what do I do about it .
    can someone help. thanks.

    AppVIsvSubsystems32.dll is oart of Microsoft Application Virtualisation I believe, which version of Office are you running?

    Did this just start happening recently? Were there any changes in software or installed programs prior to this problem?

    Morning to you both. thanks for helping .I am running office 2007. and this as only started this last week.
    don't know what I did to start it .no new software.

    I think the best bet would be to uninstall Office then reinstall it to be honest.

    I think if you start the Office 2007 install without uninstalling it offers a repair option. Might want to try that first.

    Google the file(exe), and try to download then put it in system 32 file.

    Bad idea. Those downloadable DLL sites are known for malware.

    Better to repair/reinstall.

    Thanks to all of you for trying to help ,I seem to be getting a bit to much info a the moment . and not being as good as you boys at this computer work I will have to think about all this and then get back to you ,so please be patient with me. THANKS.
