    Random freezing when opening programs

Hey, new to these forums so please try to bare with me as I try to explain my situation.

This all most likely started about 2 nights ago, I was putting together a video for someone using Pinnacle Studio 16. I copied all the video files over from a portable hard drive and two discs. I placed them into Pinnacle to let them render and let the computer stay running for around 36-48 hours. Now, when I try to open nearly any programs (Google Chrome, Teamspeak 3, Spotify, about anything) around 8/10 times it results in the computer freezing and restarting.

I had a blue screen issue about a week ago, but I took my computer to a shop and they told me a driver just needed updating, and it was doing good until 2 nights ago.

I'll include some information that may be helpful from the Device Manager:
    Computer: ACPIx64-based PC
Disk Drives: KINGSTON SV300S37A120G SCSI Disk Drive
    WDC WD2002FAEX-007BA SCSI Disk Drive
Display Adapters: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
    Processor: Quad-Core Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz

If there's anything else needed to help solve this, please say so. Thanks in advance!

Download and run HWInfo with sensors to check your temps.

Also try reseating your GPU. And update drivers if necessary.

Which driver was updated by the computer shop?

The NVIDIA display adapter was the one they updated. I'll check the core temps and GPU here in a moment and get back with you.

HWinfo shows the cores operating at 29 degrees C to about 34 degrees C. The Intel graphics card had a driver update. I've been able to open Chrome and the Device Manager without any freezing, so maybe it just needed a driver update? If it crashes again I'll post back here.
