Lenovo L520 Looping after upgrade of windows 7 ultimate

I have upgraded my Lenovo L520 to Windows 7 ultimate all seemed to load ok.
However when you turn the laptop on you just get Lenovo page saying press enter to enter bios and this keeps repeating its self I am sure there is an easy cure.
    Thank You

    Why did you upgrade?

Where did you get the disk, or the ISO file and how was it burned to disk or stick?

Did your "old damaged Acer Laptop" come with ultimate pre installed? If not where did your copy of ultimate come from?

Why do you people ask questions and then do not reply Beats Me.
Is it just to see if the copy of windows I have got is genuine .
I have been assured that the copy I have was downloaded and paid for from www.royaltechsavers.com.

You need to stop referring to "you people" when you address the top tech forums in history. We are volunteers who will respond only if we get the kind of cooperation required to maintain our standards and proceed to a fix. If we ask questions its because they are germane to the case and need clearing before proceeding.

In this case the question remains why are you installing other than the OS which shipped with the OS. Your reply that you had an Ultimate ISO on a stick from an old Acer laptop doesn't begin to cut it, since again it is a different license and likely one which didn't ship with that PC.

So the question remains why are you not reinstalling the OS which shipped with the Lenovo following the steps including to find safe media in Clean Reinstall Windows 7?

If it is an older OS you don't want and Ultimate is a retail copy that has worked when installed from that stick before then we next need the results from Troubleshoot Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums linked about which you're replied exactly zero.

Cooperate and you will have your solution.
