Win 7 Re-Imaged Only allows one person to log on

Windows 7 Enterprise, System Center 2010 image with Symantec Enterprise Protection and Office 2010. Computer is an Optiplex 780 with 8GB RAM and a small PCI video card. Once added to Domain I am able to login as Admin and run all updates and install all required/requested software. When user tries to login they get a SMART Card error and the system will not allow them to login. However, if I reboot the machine the user can login and I cannot until the machine is again rebooted. This does not happen very often, but so far there is no fixes except re-image the machine again where it goes away.

Note: Same issue has happened on newer machines and older machines which tells me it could be the OS software or the System Center image that is creating it.

    Any thoughts?

It has been several ways and no one has replied to my post. Looks like another waste of time site.

Perhaps it is the image you are using? Used SysPrep I guess? Maybe if you haven't changed machine SIDs..

Did you try a clean install yet?
