Yes, I have other accounts in that drop down. I am able to login successfuly. It goes to Startup Repair. This is the only option, I have for other accounts. It gives more options for Admin login.

OK so the login you get is for startup repair. Tell it to boot windows normally.

    Thanks .

I did it after doing startup repair ===> same Black screen.

I downloaded Offline NT pw & reg-editor & put into USB

    I tried X:syslinux.exe -ma X:

I did not find syslinux.exe in my machine. How do I get it?

Do I need to type "X:syslinux.exe -ma X:"? Where X = USB drive letter.

Do I need to do all the steps in instructions of Offline NT pw & reg-editor, walkthrough? or only selected few steps.

So I will be creating new Admin account, using above. Then ......?

No. There should already be an administrator account which you must unlock. Then you must erase it's password. Then save and restart. You'll need to tell recovery to boot normally and then choose administrator when prompted. This should be the normal -- not recovery login.

Is it after doing post #100 step?

Which administrator account which I must unlock? Is it through Offline NT Password & Registry Editor (ONPR)?

What is post #100 step? Yes boot from the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor media and follow the guide to unlock the administrator account and erase it's password.

I mean your post # 100 instructions. Did you review my post #103 about syslinux.exe?

YES! X is the USB drive letter. You're using syslinux to make the USB bootable!

I did not find syslinux.exe in my machine. How do I get win 7 syslinux?

Sorry. I got it. I will post the outcome soon.

It is not booting from USB flash drive. I changed the boot order to pick the flash drive.

Are there any other changes required to boot from Flash Drive?

You need to unzip this http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/usb140201.zip onto your USB stick. syslinux.exe is in that zip file
