    Touch Pad Bug..?

I have a Samsung RV520 (Windows 7) that ive had for a few years now and just a week or two ago i got a close friend of mine to reboot it for me. After the reboot process i noticed that im not able to scroll with my touch pad anymore; like the whole... using 2 fingers and sliding down on the pad thing.
I have tried search up in the control panel and i cant seem to find anything about it there, i did FN+F10 to disable it and turn it back on, but there is no change.
Does anyone have any clues as to what the problem might be? Because before i rebooted the laptop is was totally fine and now after the reboot it doesnt work.
