I used to have a very handy "Prullenbak Leegmaken"-button (Empty Recycle Bin). You can see it in the attachment. Does anybody know how to restore that button? Futhermore, could CCleaner be the cause of it's removal? Thanks in advance!

$RECYCLE.BIN folder shows on drives although "Don't Show Hidden" set
Under Folder Options, I have the "Don't show hidden files, folders, or drives" checked. Yet, there is a folder called $RECYCLE.BIN on every drive showing when I'm viewing my folders. I don't recall it showing before I had to do a malware and virus sweep. Does this mean it is not a hidden...

does anyone kno of a registry hack/edit that will allow me to place an "Empty the Recycle Bin" explorer toolbar button similar to the one located inside the Recycle Bin's folder, across all my folders globally? picture below to illustrate:
