disable "hardware, Advanced, System Protection, Remote" tabs in system

    Hi all
I want to disable "hardware, Advanced, System Protection, Remote" tabs from system properties dialog box( screen shot attached).
The user should only able to access change computer name feature. Other feature should be disabled/removed.
I there any way to achieve it?
    thanks in advance.

I'm inclined to say no, for a very simple reason.
Changing the computer name requires administrator access. Given that, the user already has full control over the entire computer, therefore he can change whatever he wants.
What's the purpose of such "limitation"?

Thanks for your input Alejandro85. :)

i want my secondary administrator to change the computer name only.
i don't want it to change or run any other diagnostic tool(ex: defrag.., or enable DEP).
so the complete purpose of it is to just reduce surface area for secondary administrator.

As far as I know their is no half way administrator privileges.
Either they have administrator privileges or they don't.
If they have administrator privileges they can change everything or anything.

Is this computer in a domain/network or is it a stand alone computer?

it is a stand alone computer.
and to the phrase you said administrators can access anything, we have already taken care of it.

apart from this window, secondary user cannot access anything which is related to this thread.
But this dialog-box give it access to other modalities also.
