    how to select and copy the entire columns


    2 strings columns...how can i copy them?
    some keyboard shortcut?

    Hi,
    In a particular doc....
    Clicking at the beginning then going to the end and holding down the shift key and clicking will select everything between the clicks

    right there and not in a particular doc , ok selected i can't copy now, i used ctrl+c andnot working

    savinio0, do what ThrashZone said & that is Left Click on the first cell or item, hold down the Shift Key then scroll down while holding down the Shift Key, to the last cell or item that you want to copy & Left Click again. This will colour all that area for you. Release the Shift Key. Move the mouse cursor into the coloured area & right click & select Copy,
